If you are a customer located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of standard, non-personalized gifts within 14 days without giving any reason.

⚠️ ATTENTION: According to EU Consumer Law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to custom-made or personalized products. All sales of personalized handmade journals, custom engravings, and custom-ordered items are final and non-refundable.
